² AS is supported for US POS only. Following the Alaska–Hawaiian (AS–HA) merger, Hawaiian Airlines (HA) fares are provided through AS and are no longer offered as a separate carrier.

🔑 The gate: Passing Sandbox UAT is what unlocks Production. Your Production credentials and Production UAT cases are issued only after Sandbox approval — there is no self-registration in Production.

Phase 1 — Sandbox
Build and validate your integration for free. Legend: 🧑 💻 you · 🛟 HaloSync team
Register at albus.sandbox.halo-platform.net/sign-up and request your HaloSync account & PolarHub credentials.
→ Result: PolarHub credentials and Albus / Luna accounts are created.
Check the API connection with your issued credentials, and confirm you can access Albus and Luna.
Build and test your integration against the PolarHub API in Sandbox.
→ For credential values, HMAC signing, and your first AirShopping call, follow the Quickstart. (Stuck? See Support above.)
Define your integration scope first — it determines which UAT cases apply — then submit your results.
📎 Full UAT case reference
The HaloSync team verifies that all Sandbox UAT cases pass.
→ Result: on approval, your Production credentials are issued and your Production UAT cases are assigned.
Phase 2 — Production
⚠️ The HaloSync contract must be fully executed before this phase. Legend: 🧑💻 you · 🛟 HaloSync team
Find your PolarHub Production credentials in Albus.
→ Issued automatically after Sandbox UAT approval — not self-registered (unlike Sandbox).
Check the API connection with your Production credentials, and confirm access to Albus and Luna.
Implement and test all required APIs in Production, following the integration guide.
Run the Production UAT cases assigned at Sandbox approval (same scope you defined in Sandbox), then submit your results.
