This guide explains how to navigate the landing page after login and how to use the Order List, OCN List, and Ticket History.
The main screen is displayed after login.
On first access, no data other than the top navigation bar is shown on the main screen.
Luna provides three lists to support booking and ticketing management: Order List, OCN List, and Ticket History.
Main Screen#
The main screen is displayed after login.
Top Navigation Bar#
The top navigation bar is displayed globally across all Luna screens.
The top bar provides access to PNR Search, Booking Management, User List, Account Info, Language Change, and Logout.

PNR Search
A quick search function for handling a specific PNR.
Enter a PNR and press Enter to navigate to the corresponding booking detail screen.
Only letters, numbers, and hyphens (-) can be entered.
Any type of PNR can be searched, including airline PNR and supplier PNR (Other PNR).

Reserve/Issue & Booking Management
Click the Reserve/Issue button to open a new booking tab.
The Booking Management menu provides access to Order List and OCN List.
Each screen can be opened in a new tab to view multiple lists simultaneously.

Ticket History
Click the Ticket History menu to navigate to the settlement list screen.

User List
The User List menu navigates to the user management screen.
Only accounts with Admin privileges can access this menu.

Account Info
The currently logged-in account is displayed in AgencyID(UserID) format.
Clicking the account name opens a detail popup for your own account, where you can change your password.

Language Change / Logout
The default language is Korean.
You can switch between Korean and English as needed.
However, changing the language while a booking change is in progress is not recommended.
Clicking the Logout button logs you out.
Auto-logout occurs after 60 minutes of inactivity, even without clicking the button.
If 2 or more records exist for the same PNR, the PNR Selection popup is displayed.
If 2 or more records exist for the same PNR, review the airline and booking date/time, then select the desired PNR.
Click the Confirm button to navigate to the booking detail screen for the selected PNR.
Order List#
The Order List can be accessed via the `Booking Management > Order List` menu.
This screen displays all booking information available to the logged-in account.Click the Booking Management button and then select Order List to access this screen.
Multiple Order List tabs can be opened simultaneously to review multiple lists at once.
Click the x button to close a tab.
Search Filters#
Defaults to today. Set a minimum and maximum date to narrow the range.
Secondary Date / Tertiary DateSecondary date is Ticketing Date; Tertiary date is Departure Date.
Click ⨁ to show additional date search fields; click ⊝ to hide them.
You cannot search by Ticketing Date or Departure Date alone without also specifying a Booking Date.
Search by airline 2-letter code (based on marketing carrier).
Multiple airlines can be selected; if none are selected, all airlines are included.
Search for a specific booking by PNR.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
Search for a specific booking by OrderID.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
You cannot search by PNR and OrderID simultaneously.
Enter the passenger's Family Name and Given Name separately.
You cannot search by Family Name or Given Name alone.
OK means booking confirmed; X means booking cancelled.
Multiple selections are allowed.
Y means ticketed; X means not ticketed (PNR only).
Only single selection is allowed.
Click Search to display results in the list below.
All search conditions except PNR or OrderID searches operate with AND logic.
Click Reset to clear all entered search conditions.
Search Results#
If results are found, the result list is displayed.
If no results are found, a No results found notification appears in the top-right corner.
The default sort order is Booking Date/Time descending.
The date and time the PNR was created.
The date and time of the initial ticketing for the booking.
Even if reissuance has occurred, the original ticket's ticketing date/time is shown.
Displays the status of each booking.
If cancelled outside of Luna, the status may not update immediately and may reflect upon entering Booking Detail and retrieving.
The airline 2-letter code is displayed by default.
For HA and LX airlines, codes may appear as HAA and LXA.
PNR / Other PNR / OrderIDOrderID is displayed as a text button; clicking it navigates to Booking Detail.
The representative passenger's name in Family Name / Given Name format.
All segments of the booking are displayed in order.
The departure date of the first segment.
Defaults to 15 bookings per page.
Can be changed to 15, 30, 50, or 100.
When multiple pages exist, navigate using the dropdown or left/right arrow buttons.
All search results can be exported to Excel.
The Excel file contains more detailed information than the list view.
OCN List#
The OCN List can be accessed via the `Order Management > OCN List` menu.
OCN stands for Order Change Notification and refers to involuntary change notifications generated by airlines.All OCN information available to the logged-in account can be reviewed.
Only bookings that have received an OCN can be searched and viewed.
Bookings that have received an OCN may require separate handling such as customer notification.
Search Filters#
Airline OCN at (Required)Set a minimum and maximum date to narrow the range.
Searches by Agency OCN received date.
Click ⨁ to show the input field; click ⊝ to hide it.
You cannot search by Agency OCN received date alone without specifying an Airline OCN received date.
Search by airline 2-letter code.
Multiple airlines can be selected; if none are selected, all are included.
Search for a specific booking by PNR.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
Search for a specific booking by OrderID.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
Multiple OCN types such as Change and Cancel can be selected.
Uses the same Search and Reset buttons as other lists.
Search Results#
If no results are found, a No results found notification appears in the top-right corner.
If a single booking has received multiple OCNs, it appears in the list once per OCN received.
The default sort order is Airline OCN at descending.
The date and time the OCN was received from the airline.
The date and time the agency received the OCN.
May appear blank if the booking is not subject to OCN delivery for the airline, or if the agency did not respond.
The airline 2-letter code is displayed by default; HA and LX may appear as HAA and LXA.
The type of OCN received from the airline, such as Change or Cancel.
May appear blank if no type data is provided by the airline.
PNR / Other PNR / OrderIDClicking OrderID navigates to Booking Detail.
If the OCN was not booked through Luna, OrderID may be blank.
Y means the OCN was received; N means it was not.
Blank means the booking is not subject to mandatory OCN delivery.
Defaults to 15 items per page.
Can be changed to 15, 30, 50, or 100.
When multiple pages exist, navigate using the dropdown or left/right arrow buttons.
For items with an active checkbox, OCNs can be resent to the agency one at a time.
All search results can be exported to Excel.
Ticket History#
The Ticket History can be accessed via the `Booking Management > Ticket History` menu.
Ticket History is a screen that displays all ticket issuance, cancellation, and refund records generated from bookings.All Ticket History information available to the logged-in account can be reviewed.
Luna displays all fare-related details for tickets issued from bookings in Ticket History.
Search Filters#
Processed Date (Required)The mandatory date range for Ticket History searches.
Both minimum and maximum dates default to today.
All types are selected by default.
Multiple selections from TKTT, EMDA, EMDS, CANX, RFND, and EXCH are supported.
Search by airline 2-letter code.
Multiple airlines can be selected; if none are selected, all are included.
A standalone search condition; all other conditions are ignored when entered.
Search for a specific booking by PNR.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
Search for a specific booking by OrderID.
All other search conditions are ignored when this field is used.
All search conditions except Ticket Number operate with AND logic.
Click Reset to clear all entered search conditions.
Search Results#
If no results are found, a No results found notification appears in the top-right corner.
The default sort order is Processed At descending (most recent first).
The date and time each booking action was processed.
EXCH: Original ticket from an itinerary change
Reflects the marketing carrier code as provided by the airline.
TKTT, EMDA, EMDS: The issued ticket number
CANX, RFND: The cancelled ticket number
EXCH: The original ticket number
If a booking has 2 passengers, each is displayed on a separate row.
Clicking OrderID navigates to Booking Detail.
Total Fare = Base Amount + Total Tax + RFND Penalty
TKTT, EMDA, EMDS amounts are displayed as positive values.
CANX, RFND, EXCH amounts are displayed as negative values in red.
The base fare amount excluding taxes.
Displayed only for RFND types.
If no penalty applies, displayed as 0.
The local currency of the booking.
Form of payment information.
May appear blank if not provided by the airline; this does not indicate that no payment was made.
If multiple FareBasis codes exist within an itinerary, only the first is shown.
EMDs may not have a FareBasis and may appear blank.
Detailed information is available for EMDA or EMDS types.
Defaults to 15 items per page.
Can be changed to 15, 30, 50, or 100.
The total number of results and Grand TTL and Ticket TTL amounts are displayed to the right of the filter.
The total amount with CANX, RFND, and EXCH amounts applied.
The total sum of TKTT, EMDA, and EMDS amounts, i.e., the total ticketed amount.
When multiple pages exist, navigate using the dropdown or left/right arrow buttons.
All search results can be exported to Excel.
