Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in — your agency's home base. It gives you a daily snapshot of how your NDC (New Distribution Capability) traffic is performing: searches, reservations, ticketing, and your L2B (Look-to-Book) ratio, all aggregated by day.
The Dashboard is for viewing and monitoring only. To open it, click Home in the sidebar.

Choose your date range#

At the top of the Dashboard, use Period to set the date range you want to review. It defaults to the last 14 days.
NOTE
The date range can't exceed 1 month. If you choose a range longer than 14 days, the daily bar chart scrolls horizontally — just scroll left and right to see all the data.

Read the summary#

The overview cards roll up your totals for the selected period:

TicketsE-Ticket count for the period (immediate and post-ticketing)
AncillaryEMD-A (Electronic Miscellaneous Document – Associated, i.e. ancillary) count for the period
Total L2BRatio of total searches to total reservations, shown as #### : 1
TicketsRatio of total searches to total E-Tickets (Search-to-E-Ticket), shown as #### : 1
NOTE
Two summary cards share the Tickets label: one shows an E-Ticket count, and the other shows the Search-to-E-Ticket ratio (#### : 1).

Read the charts#

Below the summary, the charts break the same data down visually:
Daily chart — plots Search (AirShopping), Reservation (OrderCreate), and Ticket (E-Ticket) counts day by day.
Look to Book by Airlines — ranks your airlines by L2B. Each airline shows a Status flag for whether it has crossed its L2B limit threshold: Exceeded, Warning, or OK. The ranking is sorted by Status (Exceeded → Warning → OK), then by the airline's Look value in descending order.

Track trends with the L2B Insights widget#

The L2B Insights widget plots a daily trend line for the airlines you choose to watch, so you can spot a deteriorating L2B ratio early.

Add airlines to watch
In the Look to Book by Airlines card, click the [+] button next to an airline. It's added as an analysis target in the L2B Insights widget.

Monitor the daily trend
The widget's line chart shows how each added airline's L2B value changes day by day. Change the Period at the top of the Dashboard and the chart range updates to match.

Run a deeper analysis
If a trend looks concerning, click [View Insights] in the widget. This starts an AI analysis report using the airlines currently in the chart and your selected period as the analysis conditions.

Choose one or more airlines to check their daily L2B trend
TIP
[View Insights] opens the Insight report feature. You can browse all generated reports under the Report > Insights menu.
