This guide explains how to review Booking Detail information with a focus on item status, fare, ticket, and ancillary service details provided by the airline.The Booking Detail screen displays detailed information for a specific booking based on real-time airline data.
Each item helps you check whether additional action is required or the item has been completed.
Some fields may appear blank when the airline does not provide the related data.
The displayed sections and available buttons may differ before and after ticketing.
Accessing the Booking Detail Screen#

Booking Detail Screen Layout#
The information and action buttons displayed on the Booking Detail screen may differ before and after ticketing. Click the tabs below to compare the screen layout for each status.Booking Detail (Pre-Ticketing)
Booking Detail (Post-Ticketing)
Match the numbered areas in the image with the feature descriptions below.
The key focus of the pre-ticketing screen is checking booking details and confirming which fare or service items still require payment and issuance after the airline PNR has been created.

1. Header
Displays the
airline PNR code, clock icon, and Cancel button.
Click the PNR code to refresh the Booking Detail screen to the latest state.
Click the clock icon next to the PNR code to open the PNR History popup.
Click the Cancel button to cancel the booking before ticketing.

2. Booking Information
Review the
booking status, airline, PNR, OrderID, booking date/time, ticketing time limit, payment time limit, and fare guarantee time limit.
The displayed time limit fields may differ depending on the airline data.
If an OCN has been received, OCN information may appear above this section.

3. Passenger Information
Displays
basic passenger information, contact details, APIS, and FFN information.
Sorted in order: adults, children, infants.
The Edit Pax Info and Split PNR buttons appear when the relevant conditions are met.

4. Your Flights
View flight, cabin class, baggage, and itinerary status details one row per segment.

5. Booking Details
Review fare and service items provided by the airline.
Check the item type, status, related segments, passengers, included services, fare rule, base fare, tax, total amount, and item total.
Items that still require payment and issuance are shown with a status such as Ready to Pay.
Click Pay & Issue to proceed with payment and ticket issuance when available.
Use the fare summary at the bottom to confirm the total amount to be paid.
In addition to the main screen, Booking Detail also allows you to view PNR History, Ticket Detail, and Fare Rules & Included Services.PNR History#
The PNR History popup displays booking change history in chronological order, latest first.
Click the clock icon next to the PNR code to open the popup.
History is also available for cancelled PNRs.
PNR Code, Airline Code, and OrderID can be confirmed.
Change history is displayed in reverse chronological order (latest first).
Click Date/Time (KST) to toggle ascending / descending order.
Site, User, User Role, and Change Type information can be reviewed.
Ticket Detail#
Click the ticket number to open the ticket detail popup, which differs by ticket type.
Ticket detail is displayed in TICKET, EMD-A, or EMD-S format depending on the ticket type.TICKET: Displayed in 3 sections: Issuance Information, Detailed Information, Payment Information.
EMD-A: Shows the itinerary segment and related ticket info for the purchased ancillary service.
EMD-S: Shows the code, service details, and related ticket information.
For the original ticket of a reissued booking, only the ticket number and status value E exist; other fields may appear blank.
Fare Rules & Included Services#
Click the ticket-shaped icon to open the Fare Rules & Included Services popup.

The popup consists of 4 sections: Fare Information, Penalty Information, Stay Duration Information, and Included Services Information.
Stay Duration Information is displayed only when relevant data is available.
When OCN information exists, it appears above the Booking Information section.
OCN Information is displayed when the airline sends an involuntary schedule change or related notification for the booking.Displayed only for PNRs with OCN reception history.
When displayed, the OCN Information area appears above the Booking Information section.
ActionType, Context, and Description can be reviewed.
The OCN Consent button is displayed only when user consent is required.
Clicking the activated OCN Consent button opens the OCN Consent popup.
Upon success, PNR Retrieve is executed and the final updated schedule is reflected in Booking Detail.
If OCN consent fails, an error message appears in the top-right corner.
