Through the Albus Admin/User page, you can manage everyone at your agency who uses Albus β invite new teammates, review who has access, update their details, reset passwords, and remove people who've left. It's your one stop for keeping your team's access tidy and secure.To open it, go to the Account menu in the sidebar and click Albus Admin/User.User management is available to Albus Admins only.
Finding and Filtering Users#
The user list shows everyone at your agency, sorted with the most recently created users first. Use the search filters at the top to narrow it down.Search and filter#

Set your filters
Use any of the following filters:
Status β All (default), Invited, Active, Locked, or Suspended.
Role β All (default), Admin, or User.
Date β search by a date range, choosing either Created at or Last accessed at. The default is the full period.
Keyword β search by an email keyword.

Review the results
Review the matching users in the list.

Reset if needed
To start over, clear the filters and search again.

If no users match your filters, the list shows "No search results found." β adjust your filters and try again.
What the statuses mean#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Invited | The user has been invited but hasn't activated their account yet. |
| Active | The user can sign in and use Albus normally. |
| Locked | The user is temporarily blocked (for example, after too many failed sign-in attempts). |
| Suspended | The user's access has been paused. |
Inviting a New User#
When you create a user, Albus sends an invitation email to the address you enter so they can set their own password and sign in.Create and invite a user#

Start a new user
From the user list, start creating a new user. Your agency information appears under Account Info for reference.

Enter the user's details
Under
User Info, enter the new user's details:

Save and send the invite
Click Save. An invitation email is sent to the Email(ID) you entered.
Rules to keep in mind#
| Rule | Detail |

| Email(ID) is unique | An Email(ID) can't be registered twice across Albus users. |
| Email(ID) is permanent | After a user is created, their Email(ID) can't be changed. |
| Albus Admin limit | You can register up to 3 Albus Admins per HaloSync service account. |
| Albus User limit | There's no limit on the number of Albus Users. |
Editing a User, Resetting Passwords & Removing Access#
Open any user from the list to view their details, update them, reset their password, or delete the account. Their agency information appears under Account Info for reference.1

Edit the details
Under User Info, update the editable fields: Phone Number, Department/Job title, and Status. Role is also shown here, but it's currently locked and can't be changed yet.

Changing a user's Role isn't supported yet. This is planned for a future update.
Reset a user's password#
If a teammate forgets their password, you can reset it for them from their detail page.1

The user sets a new password
A password reset email is sent to the user, who can then set a new password and sign in.
Reset password for your teammates
An invitation's temporary password expires 7 days after the invite is sent. If it's expired, click Password Reset β this sends a reset email so the user can register a new password and log in.
Delete a user#

Open the user
Open the user from the list.
A deleted user's information cannot be recovered, and the user disappears from the list immediately. Make sure you've selected the right person before deleting.
View user history#
Each user's detail page includes a User History section showing account metadata, such as Last accessed at (the date and time of their most recent sign-in).
