Clicking the `Cancel` button in the pre-ticketing Booking Detail header opens the PNR cancellation popup.

Upon successful cancellation, you are redirected to the cancelled booking detail screen.
Ticket Cancellation
Clicking the `Cancel Ticket` button in the Ticket Information area displays the list of cancellable tickets.
EMD-A can be cancelled.1. Click the Cancel Ticket Button
For airlines that support the cancel function, if a ticket with refundable conditions exists, the
Cancel Ticket button appears in the top-right of the Ticket Information area in Booking Detail.2. Select the Ticket to Cancel
In the ticket selection popup, review the list of cancellable tickets and select the desired ticket.

Review the penalty and total refund amount, then click the
Cancel Ticket button.4. Confirm Cancellation Result
Upon successful cancellation, the coupon status of the corresponding EMD-A ticket changes and the EMD-A information disappears from the SSR Information section.
Total Amount, Non-Refundable Amount, and Total Refund Amount are confirmed using the same criteria as the full VOID / REFUND.SSR Cancellation
Clicking the `Cancel SSR` button in the SSR Information area displays the list of cancellable services.

Upon successful cancellation, the cancelled service information disappears from the SSR Information section in Booking Detail.

Cancelled bookings are displayed differently from regular bookings on the Booking Detail screen.
