This page shows what airline booking management tasks you can perform in Luna, which features vary by airline, and which tasks are not available in the Luna user interface.

What Luna Can Do#
Fare Search, Booking & Ticketing#
Luna supports fare search, booking creation, and ticketing for all supported airlines.Search flight schedules and fares from Book Flights.
Enter airline-specific Promotion Code information during fare search.
Create and ticket a booking with Instant payment.
Create a held booking with Pay Later, then complete ticketing later with Confirm Held Booking.
Booking Lookup & PNR Details#
Luna lets operators find and review booking records after a booking is created.Open the Booking Detail screen from search results or lists.
Review itinerary, passenger, ticket, payment, ancillary, and OCN information when available.
Lists & Reports#
Luna provides list and report screens for booking operation checks.Review booking records in Order List.
Review sales and ticketing data in DSR List and Ticket History.
Download list results with Export(xls) where the export button is available.
Cancellation, VOID & Refund#
Luna supports cancellation before ticketing and ticket cancellation or refund after ticketing, depending on the airline and booking status.Cancel a held booking before ticketing.
Process VOID / Refund after ticketing when the airline supports it in Luna.
Ancillary Services#
Luna supports ancillary service purchase depending on the airline and booking status.Select or purchase seats.
Purchase checked baggage.
Purchase seats and baggage together when supported.
Booking Change#
Luna supports selected post-booking changes depending on the airline and booking status.Edit passenger information.
Split passengers into a separate PNR.
Order Change Notifications#
Luna supports airline change notification handling depending on the airline.Review received OCNs in OCN List.
Accept an airline's involuntary change with OCN consent when supported.
Airline Support Matrix#
O means the task is supported in Luna.
- means the task is not supported in Luna.
Limited means the task is supported only under the condition explained in Airline Notes.Prime means while creating a new booking.
Held means before ticketing, after creating a booking with Pay Later.
Ticketed means after ticketing is completed.

Airline Notes#
AA: Seat assignment after ticketing is limited to free seat assignment only.
BA: Core fare search, booking, ticketing, lookup, lists, and cancellation tasks are available. Airline-dependent ancillary and booking change tasks are not supported in Luna.
TR: VOID / Refund, OCN List, and OCN Consent are not supported in Luna.
AF, AY, KL, and SQ: OCN consent is available.
