1️⃣ New Booking Details Section
⭐ Key Benefit:
The previous SSR Info section is now merged into a new Booking Details section, organized by each item provided by the airline. Ticket information remains available as a separate reference section after ticketing.
Key Capabilities:
1.
Booking Details Replaces SSR Info
The previous SSR Info section is removed; its content is integrated into the new Booking Details section
All booking, service, seat, and fare information are now visible in one place
2.
Organized by Airline-Provided Items
Each row in Booking Details represents a single item provided by the airline (Flight / Seat / Service)
For each item, operators can quickly check the status, passengers, segments, included services, ticket information, and fare in a single row
3.
Item Status at a Glance (5 states)
Pending Confirmation / Ready to Pay / Completed / Canceled / Needs Attention
Each item automatically reflects the combined status of its underlying services, so operators can identify outstanding actions without drilling in
4.
Ticket Information Remains for Reference
After ticketing, the existing Ticket Information section continues to be shown as a separate reference section with ticket numbers, ticketing dates, segments, EMD details, and total fares
2️⃣ Ticketed Filter Fix for Non-Ticketing Carriers (TR)
Key Benefit:
Paid bookings from non-ticketing carriers such as TR (Scoot) now appear correctly under the Ticketed = Y filter in the OrderList, even though these carriers do not issue ticket numbers.
Key Capabilities:
1.
Paid TR Bookings Now Appear Under Ticketed = Y
In the OrderList, paid TR (Scoot) bookings are now included in the Ticketed = Y filter result
The same bookings no longer appear under Ticketed = N
2.
Other Carriers Unaffected
Filter behavior for traditional ticketing carriers (TK, AF, etc.) is unchanged
💡 Note:
TR does not issue ticket numbers, so even after payment is completed, the Ticketing Date column in the booking detail remains blank. This is expected behavior.
This change applies only to PNRs paid after this release — bookings paid before this release may still not appear under the Ticketed = Y filter. Please advise affected customers accordingly.
3️⃣ Login & Session UX Improvements
Key Benefit:
Login and session handling is smoother — operators can complete 2-step verification with the Enter key, and the session-expiration prompt now appears reliably when the idle timeout passes.
Key Capabilities:
1.
Enter Key Support on 2-Step Verification
After entering the 6-digit code, pressing Enter completes verification — the same action as clicking the Verify button
Works regardless of which of the 6 code fields is currently focused
If the code is not yet 6 digits, pressing Enter has no effect (same as the existing disabled-button behavior)
2.
Reliable Session-Expired Popup After Idle Timeout
When the 15-minute idle timeout passes, the "Session Expired" modal now appears consistently
This prevents operators from being unexpectedly redirected to the login screen on their next click
Clicking [Confirm] on the modal navigates to the login screen as before

Key Benefit:
Users can now book, issue, and manage flight tickets offered by TK (Turkish Airlines) directly through LUNA.
Key Capabilities:
Booking & Ticketing: Create and issue TK flight reservations.
Reservation Management: Support for Cancel / Void / Refund operations.
Booking Management:
a. Edit passenger information (Held/Ticketed Booking)
b. Split PNR (Held/Ticketed Booking)
c. Purchase seats (Ticketed Booking)
d. Purchase ancillary services (Ticketed Booking)
💡 Note:
Due to the characteristics of TK Airline, certain journey-level services (such as in-flight meals or special assistance for passengers with disabilities) are not currently displayed in LUNA.
These services can be checked or added through the TK Portal until the next update.

⭐Account information management
1.
User Role Segmentation
Luna users are divided into three types of access roles:
Admin: Has full access to all Luna features and the authority to manage user accounts within their travel agency.
Ticketing User: Has access to all booking and ticketing functionalities, excluding the user management menu.
User: Is limited to viewing reservations and accessing select features that do not impact payment or booking changes. Modifications to a booking, including ticket issuance with payment and schedule changes, are not permitted.
A maximum of three Luna Admin accounts are permitted per travel agency.
Every new Admin account will be created via Albus.
Existing Luna accounts will automatically be converted to Admin Role accounts.
2.
User Management by Luna Admin (Admin Only)
Luna Admins can manage their agency’s users through the following features:
View user account list.
Create and delete accounts.
Edit user account details, including changing User’s Role between TicketingUser - User.
Reset other account passwords.
3.
User Self-Service Features
All Luna users can now check and update their own account information without contacting HelpDesk(ATS) :
After login: Click the user ID (in the top-right menu) to view account info and change password.
Before login: If the password is lost, reset it directly from the login screen.
⭐Enhanced Airline Booking Management
1.
Prime Booking : Add Ancillary
Users can add services and seats when booking tickets in Luna.
Seats and Services buttons are located in the top right of the Journey Information Section.
User can add seats and services individually or together when making a reservation.
If a new service is added later, it will replace the previously selected service.
2.
Held Booking : Change Booking
Users can manage bookings before ticket issuance in Luna:
PNR Split and Edit PaxInfo buttons are located in the top right of the Passenger Information section on the PNR details page.
PNR Split: Available for all airlines. Only one passenger can be split per request.
Passenger Info Update: Modify last name, first name, title, phone number, and email.
Change Schedule : Change schedule before issuance and issue tickets immediately after modification.
3.
Held Booking : Add Ancillary
Seats and Services buttons are located in the top right of the Journey Information Section.
User can add seats and services individually or together before issue the ticket.
If add seats & services together, select the checkbox “Purchase with Seat”.
