Terminology

Prime Booking — before ticketing (shopping / offer / booking stage).
Post Booking — after booking creation (manage / change stage).
Held Booking — booking created but not yet ticketed (PNR on hold).
Ticketed Booking — booking with an issued ticket.
Instant Ticketing — ticket issued immediately upon booking.
Delay Ticketing (deferred payment) — ticket issued after booking creation.
SSR (Special Service Request) — e.g., extra bag, meal, wheelchair.
OCN (OrderChange Notification) — airline-initiated notification of an order change.
FOP (Form of Payment) — the payment method on the order.
