Account Status at a Glance : A status banner at the top of the page surfaces account-level alerts โ such as a detected service restriction or your billing type โ so you catch important conditions before they affect your operations.

Maintain your company and operational information yourself, the moment it changes.Business Profile : Edit your company and primary contact details โ Company Name, contact name, email and phone, organization and business type, company size, and Homepage โ and save them inline.

The new Billing Info tab brings your subscription usage and billing details together in one place, so you always know where you stand before your invoice arrives.Usage This Month : Track your current-month usage through summary cards, a progress bar, and a billing breakdown table (Item / Unit Price / Quantity / Balance) tailored to your contract type โ no surprises at billing time.
Active Pricing Contract : Review your current contract period, plan, usage policy, and status at a glance.
Billing Profile : If you are billed by invoice, manage the billing details that appear on your invoice (Bill To name, Tax ID, and billing address). If you are billed through AWS Marketplace, your AWS identifiers are shown for reference.

Account Billing Detail : Open any invoice to review its amount summary (Subtotal, Adjustment, Total Amount, Overdue Fee, and Amount Due), the billed pricing items with calculation details, and a daily usage report.
Commercial Invoice & Download : Open a formatted commercial invoice for any invoice and download it as an Excel file โ ready for your records or your finance team.
Invoice History : A History view shows the full audit trail of each invoice โ when it was created, sent, marked overdue, charged a fee, adjusted, or paid โ so the numbers always add up.
Consistent Status Labels : Invoices now follow clear statuses โ Invoice Sent, Overdue, and Paid โ and the identifier is labeled Invoice Number throughout, making every invoice easy to track.

We have introduced a streamlined registration process to help you get started with Albus quickly and securely.Public Website Sign-up : New customers can now easily initiate their registration through the dedicated sign-up portal on our public website.
Smart Default Configuration & CustomizationTo minimize initial complexity, non-essential administrative fields (such as currency formats, and default operational policies) are automatically populated with standard system values during sign-up.
Action Required : Once your account is activated, please sign in to Albus and visit the 'Customer Account' menu. It is highly recommended to review and customize these default values to ensure they align with your agency's specific operational requirements.
Secure Session Management : Your registration data is protected throughout the entire process via advanced token-based session security.

Monitor your journey and manage your service lifecycle with improved transparency.Onboarding Progress Visibility : We ensure full transparency from the moment your sign-up request is submitted until your account is fully activated and ready for use.
Automated Luna Admin Provisioning: To improve security and operational efficiency, manual creation of Luna Admin users within Albus is no longer supported. Instead, the primary Luna Admin for a new tenant will now be automatically invited during the tenant provisioning phase. This ensures your first administrator has immediate access as soon as the environment is ready.
Self-Service Termination Requests: For agencies that need to close their account, Albus Admins now have the autonomy to request service termination (Off-boarding) directly through the account management interface.
