This guide explains how to review booking information, passenger information, itinerary information, and ticket and ancillary service information on the Booking Detail screen.The Booking Detail screen displays detailed information for a specific booking.
Information is shown based on real-time airline data; fields not provided by the airline may appear blank.
Data displayed and button configuration also differ depending on whether the ticket has been issued.
Accessing the Booking Detail Screen#

Booking Detail Screen Layout#
The sections and button configuration displayed on the Booking Detail screen differ depending on whether the ticket has been issued. Click the tabs below to view the screen layout for each status.Booking Detail (Pre-Ticketing)
Booking Detail (Post-Ticketing)
Match the numbered areas in the image with the feature descriptions below.
The key focus of the pre-ticketing screen is reviewing the itinerary and confirming the payment amount after the airline PNR has been created.

1. Header
Displays the
airline PNR code, tab information, and Cancel button.
Click the PNR code to refresh the Booking Detail screen to the latest state.
Click the Cancel button to cancel the booking.

2. OCN Information
Review the
most recently received OCN history (
ActionType,
Context,
Description).
Displayed only when there is an OCN reception history; the most recently received entry appears at the top.

3. Booking Information
Review the
PNR, TL (Time Limit), booking date/time, ticketing date/time, and booking status.
If the TL has expired, it may be hidden.

4. Passenger Information
Displays
basic passenger information, contact details, APIS, and FFN information.
Sorted in order: adults, children, infants.
The Edit Info and Split Passenger buttons appear when the relevant conditions are met.

5. Itinerary Information
View flight, cabin class, baggage, and itinerary status details one row per segment.

6. Payment Target Amount Information
Displayed only for un-ticketed PNRs; shows the final amount to be charged at ticketing per passenger.

7. SSR Information
View free and paid ancillary service information and EMD details per passenger and per segment.
In addition to the main screen, Booking Detail also allows you to view PNR History, Ticket Detail, and Fare Rules & Included Services.PNR History#
The PNR History popup displays booking change history in chronological order, latest first.
Click the PNR History button to open the popup.
History is also available for cancelled PNRs.
PNR Code, Airline Code, and OrderID can be confirmed.
Change history is displayed in reverse chronological order (latest first).
Click Date/Time (KST) to toggle ascending / descending order.
Site, User, User Role, and Change Type information can be reviewed.
Ticket Detail#
Click the ticket number to open the ticket detail popup, which differs by ticket type.
Ticket detail is displayed in TICKET, EMD-A, or EMD-S format depending on the ticket type.TICKET: Displayed in 3 sections: Issuance Information, Detailed Information, Payment Information.
EMD-A: Shows the itinerary segment and related ticket info for the purchased ancillary service.
EMD-S: Shows the code, service details, and related ticket information.
For the original ticket of a reissued booking, only the ticket number and status value E exist; other fields may appear blank.
Fare Rules & Included Services#
Click the ticket-shaped icon to open the Fare Rules & Included Services popup.
A popup showing fare rules and included services for a booked or ticketed itinerary.
The popup consists of 4 sections: Fare Information, Penalty Information, Stay Duration Information, and Included Services Information.
Stay Duration Information is displayed only when relevant data is available.
The OCN Information area displays recently received OCNs and the OCN Consent button.
The OCN Information area displays when an involuntary schedule change has been made by the airline.Displayed only for PNRs with an OCN reception history.
ActionType, Context, and Description can be reviewed.
The OCN Consent button is displayed only when user consent is required.
Clicking the activated OCN Consent button opens the OCN consent popup.
Upon success, PNR Retrieve is executed and the final updated schedule is reflected in Booking Detail.
If OCN consent fails, an error message notification appears in the top-right corner.
