NDC (New Distribution Capability) is an IATA standard that enables airlines to provide richer and more personalized offers directly to agencies.
What is an aggregator?
An aggregator connects multiple airline NDC APIs into one platform, so agencies can access and manage all content via a single integration.
Why should I adopt PolarHub?
Largest NDC airline coverage in Korea
End-to-end support (booking β post-booking handling like ancillary, reissue, refund)
Luna Portal for B2B agency operations
Albus Control Platform for commission & fare control
Secure & scalable AWS-based infrastructure
If I have multiple IATA numbers, can I manage them separately?
Yes, accounts are provided per IATA#, so you can manage sales, data, and permissions independently for each IATA.
Do you share booking data with third parties?
No. Client data is physically/logically separated, encrypted, and managed in compliance with GDPR & international privacy regulations.
What do we need to prepare for PolarHub integration?
When signing the contract, the travel agency's IATA# and endpoints for both the sandbox and production environments for API integration are required. If you do not have an IATA#, please contact us separately (Contact us).
How long does it take to integrate with PolarHub?
Integration typically takes 2 months, but may vary based on client needs and situation. For back-office system integration, expect around 3 months.
What features are provided by the platform?
We support features such as instant ticketing, cancellations/refunds, ancillary purchases, and reservation changes. Please note that available functionalities may vary by airline.
What ancillaries do you offer?
Commonly, baggage and pre-seat reservations are available. Additional services (meals, lounge access, Wi-Fi) are under preparation. Service availability may differ depending on the airline.
Do you offer localized payment solutions?
Currently, we support the use of agencies' own payment methods and BSP settlements. In the future, we plan to offer more efficient payment functionalities using Halo&Coβs own payment method.
How fast is the response time?
HaloSync uses Global Network Architecture and AWS backbone instead of public internet, ensuring industry-leading network performance.
What is the booking success rate?
With over 15 years of operation, we have enhanced stability and maintained reliable operations without major issues.
How available is HaloSync?

Can we monitor or control issues with airlines?
Yes. This can be checked through the Albus dashboard. Critical errors will be communicated separately to clients.
In case technology goes down, how will you contact us?
We monitor the system 24/7. In the unlikely event of a critical failure, we will send alerts immediately and continuously share updates. Issues can also be reported via ATS Jira or email.

Halo&Co has developed to respond quickly to IATA upgrades with a fast and reliable deployment system, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Which security certifications has HaloSync acquired or is planning to obtain?
HaloSync will acquire PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 certifications within 2025, demonstrating strong commitment to data security.
